Vasakronan is the leading property company in Sweden. The focus is on office and retail premises supplemented by a wide range of services.

Vasakronan has operations in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Malmö and Lund. The property portfolio comprises 288 properties with a total floor space of approx. 3,200,000 sqm (December 31, 2009).

The portfolio is valued at SEK 72 billion.

The organization comprises four regions - Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg and
Öresund. The number of employees is approximately 465.

Vasakronan is owned equally by the First, Second, Third and Fourth Swedish National Pension Funds.
