Property portfolio

Vasakronan's property portfolio is concentrated to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Malmö and Lund. Many of the properties are situated in clusters and offer supplementary services to the tenants. The portfolio comprises 288 properties with a total area of 3,200,000 sqm, valued at SEK 72 billion (December 31, 2009).
